Ran competitively High School and College. Sub 18:56 5k, 2:18 800 Meters. Mom of 3, been out of it for 10 years. Would like to run 'fast' again! This year I have taken 1st, 5th, and 1st in my three races so far. Hooray!

I would love to run a sub 22 min 5k. Would love to run a sub 4 hour marathon.

Long term running goal, is to keep with it. I would love to run for the rest of my life.

Ran a mile before hitting a strength conditioning class on my lunch at work. Thought it wouldnt be too hard. We did so many lunges with weights my legs were shaking so bad! Dont think I will run tonight
